Merak is an attractive, small 8-person sailing yacht - and in fact the only available budget Galapagos yacht that can genuinely operate with sails (although it does not necessarily always do so). It is smaller than any other yacht and has fairly basic facilities but has always been popular among those looking for a good experience at a good price.
